ORDER PROCESSING:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 day time span using USPS

Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders shipping to U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship outside of U.S. as of this time..

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping to U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (SEE Refund Policy for information)

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at books@blackcatbooks.info with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
